Division 1 Profile: Residential and Commercial (standard residential type construction) 

This Division works for insurance proceeds (and the customers deductible & cash upgrades beyond the insurance amount). In most cases the customer will not pay anything out of pocket for the work done. We bring your property back to it's previous condition with "like kind and quality" products "like" you currently have on your property, unless you upgrade to something better. Division II works for property owner financed jobs, we do not adjust prices for insurance, everyone pays the same lower prices. Most of our jobs are customer referrals. 

We demand industry standard work ethics as described by the "National Roofing Contractor Association" and give a two year transferable "Workmanship Warranty" on all work provided by our workmen. A transferable warranty is wonderful if you plan to sell your property because it adds value to your property as well as peace of mind knowing you are covered if something goes wrong.

Owner; Mike Weldon, has 22 years construction experience and has worked as a Structural and Architectural Designer and most recent; a Project Manager in the industry prior to starting this business, "I am also a graduate Computer Programmer, so organization and details are important to me" says Mike. 

There is a lot of large Roofing, Siding & Gutter companies around, I saw a need for a smaller more personal company that the owner would supervise and be responsible for every job. Where the customer would not get lost, We  believe that staying smaller and more on top of things is the answer to this problem. We live in the St Louis Area and do not chase storms or do work further than 100 miles and you get Mike's home phone number and address. We are not one of those "here today-gone tomorrow" companies.
