You get a "LINE ITEM" estimate of each process and material and it's cost. You also get a C.A.D. generated plan view "Roof View" of your home or business (if your getting a roof) that identifies materials and sizes involved. If your getting siding and gutters, you get "Elevation Drawings" of your property that also specifies sizes and materials involved. "NO ONE ELSE" gives you this on residential or small commercial estimates, we do because we want the job to turn out correctly so we put extra work into every job. We can also give you 3d models/Renderings and Panoramas of your home or business to visualize upgrades such as decks or additions (whether or not we actually do the work).
