This is a photo of Mike operating a 60 foot boom while a worker tears off and applies shingles to a church steeple. (can even work with eyes closed!) The temperature was in the 40's, and snow from previous days, was swept off the roof by wind gusting to 30 mph. 

Individually each aspect is hard work, but combined, makes being that high on a boom for 8 hours an experience to remember! He will get in there and work if need be and earns the respect of his workers.
