Warranty Extended!

All workmanship warranties are being extended 

9/17/2003 -- As of this date, all present and future Workmanship Warranties issued by mikeWeldon Contracting will be for a period of 2 full years. Existing customers will be sent a new warranty.

This has been done in response to concerns over the possible time it may take for a problem to show up. We are confident that a service we have performed will outlast any warranty we issue. We will not issue longer periods of time because it is not necessary (a workmanship problem will show up very quickly) and only serves (I believe) as an attempt to trick the property owner into a feeling of security, We will not use these tactics to obtain customers. Our work is done correctly with pride and my name is on it, so I will not allow it to be otherwise. Other companies can go out of business, move and or re-open with another name. I live here and put my personal name address and listed phone number out there, I can not run away from responsibility!
